Objective

‘Authubullaahi min ashShaytaan arRajeem.

Bismillaah arRaHmaan arRaHeem.

Islaam is easy to follow.  There is no complicated formulas nor any encryption that only certain people can unlock.  It is a Deen for all of mankind, therefore, it can be understood by anyone who is sincere.  This is one of the objectives for this blog.  It is to remove all the abhorrently innovated obstacles that people have put in the path of others in disguise as Deen.  It is to remove the satanic shackles of clergymen and scholarships that emerged after the death of Rasoolullaah.

Allaah and his Messenger have warned us about following the same destructive paths of the previous nations.  Allaah aza wajal precautions the believers from the several evils of scholarship in Deen:

O you who have believed, indeed many of the scholars and the monks devour the wealth of people unjustly and avert [them] from the way of Allaah. And those who hoard gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allaah – give them tidings of a painful punishment.

(at-Tawba 9:34)

Islaam has no scholars, it has followers.  Anyone who attempts to Judeo-Christianize Islaam as a Deen ruled by jurists and judges has fallen into error.

The Prophet said:

You will follow the [same] ways in the Deen of those before you, inch by inch, and step by step, so much so that if they had entered into the hole of the lizard, you would follow them in this also.

(Saheeh al-Bukhaari, Saheeh Muslim, Sunan ibn Maaja)

There is no doubt that it was the “religious” elite who corrupted the religions of the Jews and Christians.  It was their own scholars and spiritualists who spoiled the fruits that were given to them by Allaah aza wajal.  Hence, there is no uncertainty that many of those who we see as scholars and spiritualists will also be the ones to corrupt the Muslim nation.

So we must be aware of this and be on guard.  We must understand that the best teacher was Allaah’s Messenger, and only his teachings matter in the Deen.  If it did not come from his holy mouth, then it is not part of the Deen.  Very simple.

Allaah aza wajal says:

And strive for Allaah with the striving due to Him. He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the Deen any difficulty. [It is] the Deen of your father, Abraham. Allaah named you “Muslims” before [in former scriptures] and in this [revelation] that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over the people. So establish prayer and give zakah and hold fast to Allaah . He is your protector; and excellent is the protector, and excellent is the helper.

(Al-Hajj 22:78)

And the Prophet said:

إِنَّ الدِّينَ يُسْرٌ، وَلَنْ يُشَادَّ الدِّينَ أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ غَلَبَهُ، فَسَدِّدُوا وَقَارِبُوا وَأَبْشِرُوا، وَاسْتَعِينُوا بِالْغَدْوَةِ وَالرَّوْحَةِ وَشَىْءٍ مِنَ الدُّلْجَةِ

Indeed, the Deen is easy and whoever overburdens himself in his Deen will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be extremists, but try to be near to perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded; and gain strength by worshipping in the mornings, the nights.

where can I find English books and lectures about this methodology?

    • Admin says:

It’s in the Qur’aan and the authentic narrations attributed to the Prophet. Read the Qur’aan thoroughly and once you’ve done that, re-read it again. Keep a clean heart and do what it says, Allaah aza wajal will open our hearts to the truth even if our environment is corrupt.

Assalamu Alaiykum, Is there a way that i can contact you? I have some questions and would like to be cleared. Jzk

alaiykum salam. We can have a discussion here since maybe what we talk about might help others also?

      • Man says:

All right. I have many questions. You can say my aqeedah is the salafi aqeedah. I met few brothers few months back who taught me regarding qiyas, zahiri approach etc. So i began to study a site and this site as well. Found it make sense due to the evidences you provided. So right now i want to post few questions.

        1. The Salafis take that for e.g Allah’s hand to be considered as a hand but not similar to the humans. Asharis give another meaning but i dont find evidence in that. I read the article of yours but couldnt clearly understand. Can u clear me regarding the approach to understanding the attributes of Allah with evidence?

        2. Now i want to clear few things about salah.
If im a musafir and pray in congregation asr salah for example. Should i pray the full four rakah or just the 2 rakah and could u provide evidence for that?

Would like to know these 2 questions for now. Will post the other questions later In Sha Allah.

        JazakAllah Khair

asalaam alaykum, well first you should understand this isn’t about zahiri or any other thing. It’s about Allaah’s revelation and nothing more or less, no group or sect has the ultimate truth.

        1) Whatever Allaah says about himself is to be believed in and that’s it. There should be no questioning about it as it’s exceeding the limits and falling into innovation. If Allaah wanted to tell us something about himself, he could have done it in many different ways, but he chose to tell us in the present manner as we have it. So as Muslims, as submissive slaves, we believe in what Allaah says, and we stop where Allaah stops. That’s it. Allaah’s Messenger never spoke about Allaah’s attributes beyond having us to believe it. We believe in Allaah the way Allaah tells us, He’s not a creation, He’s the creator. Just believe in it and leave it alone.

        2) Allaah’s Messenger said: … The Imam is to be followed, so don’t be at variance with him…

Then the Prophet went on to tell us when the Imam rises, we should rise, when he prostrates, we should prostrate… there are many narrations regarding this issue. So when you’re praying in congregation, even if you’re musaafir, you’re to follow the Imaam. If the Imaam is praying four, then you pray four.

There’s no Sahih narrations from the Prophet himself telling us what to do besides this one. And it’s taken generally without exception.

  3. Man says:

    3. When do i become a musafir? i have confusion with this subject
    4. During fajr time while praying sunnah if the iqama is announced im supposd to join that salah. So i pray the sunnah the fard prayer?

    • Admin says:

      3) There’s no limit set by Shari’ah regarding when one becomes a musaafir. So it’s up to you to decide, even if it’s one to four miles, as this had come in some narrations from ibn Omar and Anas that the Prophet began to shorten his prayers as this amount of distance.

      4) Yes you join with the congregation, Allaah’s Messenger said When the prayer commences, there is no prayer but what is written.

    • Man says:

sorry about the last line.i meant should i pray the sunnah after the fard prayer

  4. Man says:

JazakAllah Khair. Regarding following the imam. So when is a musafir and prays 2 rakah for asr, should the ones following him pray 2 rakah too??

    • Admin says:

I can’t seem to paste all the narrations…You can find them in Sahih al-Bokhaari and Sahih Muslim under the Book of Prayer.

I’ll summarize what all of the ahadith say…We’re only required to follow the Imaam when he begins the prayer, when he bows, when he raises from bowing, when he prostrates, and when he sits. Basically, for the entire prayer except for the Taslim – when the prayer concludes by saying salaam. There’s no Sahih narration mentioning that we have to do Taslim with the Imaam. Therefore, if the Imaam is a musaafir, and there are locals praying behind him, they follow the Imaam in everything except the taslim. Once the Imaam finishes his prayer, the locals should stand up and complete the rest of the prayer.

Do check out the Book of Prayer in the Sahihayn, the evidences are there.

  5. Yunus says:

Also on separate topic. Allah says in the Quran we have neglected nothing from the book. But there are some so called muslims who say well how Allah has not told us about for example as they say about aeroplanes and safety and for example road traffic. Now i know Allah has not neglected nothing from the Book. But as my knowledge is limited and i have not found daleel for such thing to counter. Now people say qiyas comes into play here to deal with such a situation. How would respond to both questions. Jazak Allah khair.

  6. Man says:

Salam Alaiykum. How can a person who doesnt have knowledge about how to verify a hadith learn from the hadith book? Besides the youtube page WeHear WeObey, do you know of other sites/pages where i can listen to lectures and watch videos?

  7. Man says:

Regarding prayer, is it sunnah to sit after the second prostration of first rakah when getting up? Whats the daleel? Also, can u tell me about moving the finger during tashahud?
